There are so many things happening at the London Climbing Centres that deserve their own spotlight, so here’s your monthly wrap of everything happening each month in London’s climbing community. Alongside that, we thought it’d be a great chance to call-out some of our upcoming moments that you really shouldn’t miss out on.
SLABFEST 2026
SLABFEST 2026 brought high psych, low friction, and a brilliant day of climbing. Huge congratulations to our winners, and thanks to La Sportiva UK, Tribe Natural Energy, and Tenzing, as well as the CroyWall team and setters, for making it happen.
Most of all, thank you to everyone who took part, we’ll see you next year.

May happenings at the London Climbing Centres
RavensWall’s Foundation Course
Starting 29th April
Three coached sessions focused on improving footwork, balance, and confidence on the wall.
Each session is practical and movement‑driven, helping you feel more in control and comfortable as you climb.
BethWall Turns 5!
Friday 1st May
We’re celebrating BethWall’s 5th Birthday on the 1st of May.
You can expect the BethWall community to be out in force for this one (especially as we’ll have homespun pizza keeping everyone fed)
CroyWall Summer Sends
Saturday 16th May
Fancy a night on the Costa Del Croy?
CroyWall’s Summer Sends comp will be everything you want it to be. A fun climbing comp, an in-house DJ and the much-anticipated return of the Costa Del Croy.
EustonWall Student Comp
Wednesday 27th May
Climbing first, pizza halfway, pub quiz at the end.
Score points for your uni society on the wall, then go head‑to‑head in a classic quiz format, competitive but civilised.
Weekly climbing socials across London
Same time every week, always free to join
Improver’s Social
Created as the perfect follow on from Bouldering Basics, Improver’s Socials are there for you to climb with other beginners and, with the help of a coach, improve your climbing together.
Where and when you can find it
- Tuesdays from 7pm at RavensWall
- Wednesdays from 6.30pm at CanaryWall
Boulderama Open Social
If you’re an independent boulderer, these socials are for you. Climb with a variety of levels and get tips for the qualified coach running the session.

- Thursdays from 7pm at CanaryWall and VauxEast
- Fridays from 7pm at EustonWall and RavensWall
Womens+ Social
Female-led and ran across each London Climbing Centre, the goal is to bring the women+ climbers of LCC together.

- Mondays from 7.30pm at CroyWall
- Mondays from 8pm at HarroWall
- Wednesdays from 7pm at BethWall

Board Social
Ever wanted to try board climbing but not sure where to begin? Board socials might just be for you. Climb with a group and under the eyes of a coach to help grow your confidence on the training boards.

Monthly Womens+ Board Socials
