Bouldering Clubs (7+)
The ideal introduction to climbing for juniors.
These 60 minute sessions are the quickest way to get your kid climbing. Bouldering is a type of climbing that takes place on low-height walls above safety matting, with plenty of fun and games included.
Sessions fill up quick so we recommend booking online!
Holiday Clubs – Tues/Thurs – £10 per climber

Private Family Sessions (7+)
Want to climb with your family?
You and your kids can learn to climb together in a one-hour private instructed session. Up to 6 participants.
£35 for one climber, £12 for all additional climbers
Learn to supervise your kids around the centre
Supervise your own kids without the need for an instructor.
An Induction Plus session will teach you what you need to know about bouldering technique and safety, so that you can become a bouldering supervisor.
If you are already a competent climber, ask at the front desk about doing a bouldering supervisor assessment.
£20 per climber, suitable for those aged 14+
NICAS Clubs
If your child is hooked on climbing, NICAS is for them!
NICAS stands for National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme and is a UK-wide scheme designed to promote climbing development through structured learning and accredited individual achievement.
Your kid will join the same group every week for one-hour sessions, where they will learn a variety of skills to help them continue on their journey in climbing.
NICAS consists of weekly sessions during term time, and includes shoe and chalk hire.

Is there parking outside BethWall?
No, the best way to access BethWall is on foot/cycle, or from Bethnal Green tube station, less than a minute away!
How old does my child have to be before they can climb?
The lowest age for Bouldering Clubs and private sessions is 7.
There’s no minimum age for supervised children, as long as you (or the supervisor) are registered with us as a competent climber and pass our supervisor assessment.
Do I have to book online?
We accept walk-ins, but sessions do get filled up and we can’t guarantee a space for you unless you book online!
Does my child need any special equipment?
Specialist shoe hire is covered in the cost of Bouldering Clubs, private sessions, and Induction Plus. Chalk will also be provided.
We recommend for you/your child to wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting chalky!
Can I climb alongside my child?
Yes, if you are both booked onto a private session.
Otherwise, if you are a competent climber you can easily become a bouldering supervisor (ask at the front desk to do the questionnaire) and supervisor 1-2 juniors at a time.
If you are not a competent climber, you need to book onto an Induction Plus session to learn everything you need to know.
