Recovery Tips

Drink a bit more water during sessions than you normally would, and make sure to drink plenty of water after a session. Recovery meal making sure you eat well after training will provide a good foundation for your body and being able to train hard again tomorrow.

Typically experts recommend making sure you rest from around 24 to 72 hours before getting back on the wall.

TOP TIP: Remember, if you take a friend climbing who is new to the sport they may need a little more recovery time between climbing sessions.
