Take your climbing outdoors with premium boulder pads, collectable from HarroWall, with a range of hire lengths and dates available.
By using London Climbing Centres you’ll be renting large, premium crash mats from La Sportiva, and you don’t have to worry about storage when you’re not climbing!
Pricing and Options
1 Day Hire

3 Day Hire

All hires subject to a £50-per-pad refundable deposit, which will be refunded upon return of the bouldering pad(s).
Bouldering pad(s) must be returned to HarroWall by 22:00 on weekdays and 20:00 on weekends.
We’re happy to offer flexibility and alternative return times, but they must be arranged in advance of pad collection by emailing [email protected]
Deposits and Conditions of Hire
- Pads can only be hired by those aged 18 and above
- All collections and drop-offs must be from HarroWall Climbing Centre
- Bouldering pad(s) must be returned to HarroWall by 22:00 on weekdays and 20:00 on weekends, alternative return times must be arranged in advance of pad collection by emailing [email protected]
- All pad hires will be subject to a refundable deposit of £50 per pad, taken on collection and refunded on return of the pads
- Pads are expected to be returned in clean and good condition
- Damage to or excessive soiling of the bouldering pad(s) beyond fair wear and tear for the agreed rental period will result in LCC keeping the entirety of the £50 deposit
- You will provide LCC with your card details upon booking and give us permission to store them during the agreed rental period
- Any bouldering pads lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged to your card at £200 per pad
- Late returns will be subject to a daily fee of £25 for every day later than the agreed return date.
- The bouldering pad(s) is for personal, non-commercial use only
The Pads
We offer high-quality La Sportiva bouldering pads, fitted with rucksack loops for easy transport and a simple folding design to store them in car boots.
- Open Dimensions: 115 cm x 100 cm
- Folded Dimensions: 57.5 cm x 100 cm, designed to fold in half for easy transport
- Weight: 6 kg
- High-resistance, water-repellent nylon shell with dual-density foam (closed-cell top, compressed PU bottom) and a waterproof inner cover
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I hire multiple pads at once?
Absolutely! We have 5 pads available. Other, concurrent bookings, are possible, but the booking widget will allow you to take out as many as are available at the time of booking.
How clean do the pads need to be when returned?
We’re boulderers too and know that landing zones can be dusty, muddy, and damp at times. We’re not asking for the impossible, but would love pads to be returned as close to how they were collected as possible. If in doubt, wash it out!
Can I get pads from other LCC sites?
Not yet, but we’re working on it!
